Palatium Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

The launch giveaway (“the promotion”) is organised by Palatium (“we,” “us”), operator of palatium.io.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Cyprus aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Palatium, Domenica Solar, and Limassol Greens, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

Entry period

The promotion opens at 12:00 on 21 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 1 June 2026. Entries received outside this window are invalid.

How to enter

To enter, participants must complete all four of the following actions:

  1. Like the giveaway post on @palatium.io’s Instagram account.
  2. Follow @palatium.io on Instagram.
  3. Tag four (4) different Instagram users in the comments of the giveaway post.
  4. Sign up for an account at palatium.io using a valid email address.

Each participant may enter once. Multiple comments tagging different users do not count as additional entries. Entries that do not complete all four actions are invalid.

Prizes

Prize one — Domenica Solar

A 4 kW photovoltaic system from Domenica Solar, with a stated value of €5,000 + VAT, supplied and installed by Domenica Solar subject to the following conditions:

  • The winner must share the six most recent electricity bills for the property where the system is to be installed.
  • The winner must allow Domenica Solar access to the property for a pre-installation site visit and assessment.
  • If the winner wishes to install a system of higher specification or value than €5,000 + VAT, they may either pay the difference directly to Domenica Solar or decline the prize.
  • The property must be located in the Republic of Cyprus and hold all licences required to enable installation and subsequent inspection by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
  • If the property does not meet installation requirements following the site assessment, Domenica Solar reserves the right to withdraw the prize. In this case, no alternative prize or cash value will be offered.

Prize two — Limassol Greens

One hour on the driving range at Limassol Greens for the winner and four friends (five people total), with clubs and balls included. The session is valid through 31 December 2026 and must be booked directly with Limassol Greens, subject to their availability.

Draw and notification

The draw will be conducted at 11:59 on 2 June 2026 from all valid entries received during the entry period. Two winners will be drawn in order. The first winner drawn will select which of the two prizes they wish to claim. The second winner drawn will receive the remaining prize.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the draw and announced on @palatium.io. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be re-drawn from remaining valid entries.

General conditions

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable to another person.

By entering, participants grant Palatium permission to publish their Instagram handle and first name in winner announcement posts and stories.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we determine, at our discretion, to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated via @palatium.io.

Platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or Facebook. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to the promotion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
